Exhibitor registration is now open!

To register for the correct, exhibitor staff badges, you must log in through the Map Your Show exhibitor dashboard to access your company’s registration site.

Each company’s main contact received their Map Your Show exhibitor dashboard login information the morning of April 12, 2022.

If you did not receive this information or need your login information resent, please contact registration@aem.org to request assistance.

If you need to recover your user ID or password, you can use the “Forgot ID or password?” link on the Map Your Show login page.

Your exhibitor staff badge will grant you 24/7 access to the CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE show floor (including installation and dismantling period as well as official show days).

Any staff working the booth area (including talent, influencers, entertainment, etc.) will need a booth staff badge to gain access to the show floor during official show days.

Exhibitor appointed contractors (EAC) and staff will have the opportunity to register for free installation and dismantling badges which will grant them access to the show floor prior to and after official show days. If any of this staff requires access to the show floor on official show days, an exhibitor staff badge must be purchased for them.

Yes. Some changes you can make directly within your Exhibitor Dashboard. For example if you want to add more rooms there is an option to do so.  If you want to reduce rooms, please contact the official housing provider, Maritz Global Events at showmgmt-exh@maritz.com or via phone at 1-864-342-6397.

Yes, approximately six (6) months prior to the show, select airlines will offer discounts. More information will be available at a later date.
